Ron is an accomplished business leader with extensive experience as both a driver and survivor of change.  He is dedicated to equipping people and organizations to create consistency and thrive through change – while balancing the constant and competing demands of work, life, and family.  He presents time tested principles and insights that produce stronger, more engaged individuals and teams – all working with higher energy, efficiency, and a greater sense of purpose and stability.

For over 30 years with Motorola, Ron built a reputation as a leader able to envision and unite people around clear and common goals.  His systematic approach and ability to create alignment of vision, values, goals and measures enabled his teams to consistently deliver results that exceeded expectations.  He led teams in multiple disciplines – including network design and deployment, new business development, quality, global supply chain operations and transformation.  He was recognized for his contribution to Motorola being awarded its second prestigious Malcolm Baldrige Award.

Ron also enjoys giving back to the community.  His team at Motorola was awarded the CEO Award for Volunteerism and he has long been active in his local church.  There he has served in a variety of roles including teacher, leader, mentor – and was instrumental in launching a regional campus of Willow Creek Community Church.

Ron has been married to Susan, his high school sweetheart, for 37 years – and is the father of two adult children.
